DREAM BASE is a service office which is managed by Shin Shin(http://www.ssnet.co.jp/) which has more than 20 years business experiences in Shanghai. The service office is a rental personal space which has prepared furniture, telephone, internet lines, telecommunications infrastructure and sharing space such as conference room and lounge. Not only do we offer work space, but we also offer services such as administrative support.
At the reception we have full time Japanese, Chinese, English speaking staff which helps with any concern of language barrier. Moreover, lounge’s display broadcasts Japanese TV. We can also arrange Japanese news paper, business magazine, and mobile transfer machine.
We offer various services such as providing office equipment, administrative support,Company establishment, VISA application, labor management so that our customers can begin operation smoothly.SCM center near Shanghai provides various services such as material procurement, usage of our bonded warehouse, inspection, distributing, distribution processing, assembly, and packaging.※There are also our manufacturing outlets in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Chongqing, and Shenzhen.

There is a shared printer in the lounge that can be accessed by individual offices through the network. The printer can only be accessed by your IC card for security purposes.
The entrance can only be opened with a IC card and each individual offices has its own keys. Also, the shared spaces have security cameras.
Sound inside the phone booth cannot be heard from the outside which allows secure private calls. The phone booths are designed so that someone can look from the outside if the phone booth is in use.

What is a service office?
A service office is a personal rental office which includes office furniture, internet connection and more. Options available that includes shared space such as the reception, conference room, café and more. Moreover we provide flexible support to customer’s request such as reception, administrative support, telecommunications infrastructure, and business support services.

Customers can choose half year or one year contract.

What are the steps to getting a contract?
①Please prepare necessary documents, and apply for an office.
②We will check the customer’s credit.

How many people can fit the space?
There are several types which is minimum division for 3 people to 6 people in DREAM BASE.
Traditional offices are difficult to occupy for few people.

No capacity, but a recommended number will be provided.
